Think and Grow Rich is based on Hill's earlier work The Law of Success, said to be the result of more than twenty years of study of many individuals who had amassed personal fortunes.


Hill studied their habits and drew some 16 "laws" to be applied to achieve success. Think and Grow Rich condenses them, providing the reader with 13 principles in the form of a "Philosophy of Achievement".The book asserts that desire, faith, and persistence can propel one to great heights if one can suppress negative thoughts and focus on long-term goals.

 2.THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, first published in 1989, is a business and self-help book written by Stephen Covey.Covey presents an approach to being effective in attaining goals by aligning oneself to what he calls "true north" principles based on a character ethic that he presents as universal and timeless.


Covey defines effectiveness as the balance of obtaining desirable results with caring for that which produces those results. He illustrates this by referring to the fable of the goose that laid the golden eggs. He further claims that effectiveness can be expressed in terms of the P/PC ratio, where P refers to getting desired results and PC is caring for that which produces the results.

How to Win Friends and Influence People is a self-help book written by Dale Carnegie, published in 1936. Over 30 million copies have been sold worldwide, making it one of the best-selling books of all time. In 2011, it was number 19 on Time Magazine's list of the 100 most influential books.


Carnegie had been conducting business education courses in New York since 1912. In 1934, Leon Shimkin of the publishing firm Simon & Schuster took one of Carnegie's 14-week courses on human relations and public speaking; afterward, Shimkin persuaded Carnegie to let a stenographer take notes from the course to be revised for publication. The initial five thousand copies of the book sold exceptionally well, going through 17 editions in its first year alone.

1. Put Up Sun Blockers

Try a desert trick. When the air outside is dry and cooler than the air inside, hang a damp sheet in an open window. "That's what we do here in Death Valley," says Dale Housley, a ranger at Death Valley National Park. Incoming breezes are cooled by the evaporating water.


Block the sun. Closing curtains and blinds (ideally with sun-deflecting white on the window side) can reduce the amount of heat that passes into your home by as much as 45 percent, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.

2. Don't Blow Hot Air

Make a makeshift air conditioner. If it's hot but not humid, place a shallow bowl of ice in front of a fan and enjoy the breeze. As the ice melts, then evaporates, it will cool you off.


Give your A/C some TLC. Clean or replace the filter in room and central air conditioners about once a month during the summer. If you have central air-conditioning, have the ducts checked for leaks, which can reduce a system's efficiency by as much as 15 percent, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. Seal any cracks between a window unit and the frame with peelable caulking or a sealant strip. These steps help ensure good airflow and keep the coils cleaner, which means more efficient and more effective cooling.

3. Stay Hydrated

Swig often. To replace the moisture that you lose as you perspire, be sure to drink. As you lose water to dehydration, your body temperature rises, so replacing fluids is essential to keeping cool. Avoid beverages that contain alcohol, caffeine, or lots of sugar, which are dehydrating. "Also opt for hydrating foods," says Deena Kastor, a marathon runner and an Olympic bronze medalist. "Try a smoothie for lunch, and add more fruits and vegetables to all your meals. Watermelon has the greatest water content of any food out there."


Eat light. There's a reason we reach for salads in the summer. They're easier to digest than, say, a fatty hamburger, which leaves you feeling sluggish in the high heat. Instead, go for fruits and vegetables, which are watery and help keep you hydrated (and cooler), says Robert Kenefick, a physiologist at the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine, in Natick, Massachusetts, which studies the effects of extreme climates on soldiers' bodies.

1.Stay home stay safe.
2.Keep a safe distance (at least 2 metres) from others.
3.Wash hands often (every 2 hours) in a day.
4.Cover your cough (cough on shoulder or elbow to avoid infections).

One of the best way to prevent yourself from the deadly virus i.e. COVID-19 is by being at home and avoid any physical contacts to the outer world .This will reduce
your chances to get affected by the Coronavirus. By being at your home you can follow some motivational ,spiritual informative ,technical or any other way to make you engage in some beneficial activities and let you discover your hidden talent and make your depression and anxiety vanished which becomes a part of one's life when he\she is alone.

Staying at home is the first thing .But, home can only prevent alien viruses .What if,the virus is inside the house somehow? How to tackle it? The Answer to it is very
simple .To save ourselves from inside attackers . We have to "WASH OUR HANDS VERY OFTEN" . Even if get it gets into house by washing hands. We can avoid the maximum  danger .We have to wash our hands more often than earlier for sure. We can in 24 hours of a day our hands should be washed 10-12 times at least.Apart from eting before and after your meal.Washing hands should also be in process.For this we can use any Handwash which clean and kills germs efficiently or we can use any other soap .But the thing is the foam or lather should stay on hands for at least 20-25 seconds or you can say half a minute and it should reach every part of our hands and fingers specially.Using sanitizer is another way of washing hands but without using water with the presence of alcohol in sanitizers .It kills germs more efficiently . You can practice either of it or both of it for maximum benefit.

*Disinfect:

Disinfecting is the other aspect of which will let you be in a clean environment . The utensils ,Gadgets , Surfaces , specially taps and all whichever thing is in regular use and everyone touches is more frequently needs to be disinfected. Now, How to do it ? It is very simple as you clean your hands , just put few drops of sanitizers on gadgets and small objects which is frequently used .Using phenyl regularly and for for cleaning floors and racks and disinfect at macro level consistent practice will lessen the probability of getting affected by Coronavirus.


4. Cover your face while coughing or sneezing:
