3 Ways to improve your mental state

1. CHOOSE POSITIVITY OVER NEGATIVITY

Direct your attention to all that is working well. Begin to notice how the work and actions of everyone around you positively contribute to your life unfolding in the way it wants to , and follow this lead .
 
 
Notice, for example, how a delayed flight allows you to have a timely conversation or much -needed break and something to eat . Several times throughout each day repeat this thought ,"things are always working out for me ".
 
 
 
2.RELAX, RETHINK YOUR PERSPECTIVE

Take a break, grab a pen or pencil and write down everything which you have and love to have .Look at the list attentively. Read it and imagine the happiness of achieving something which you have dreamt of your whole life .Feel the satisfaction . Now, for a moment you have become the man of your dream. Take a second to thank all the people who helped you for your journey. It should be like you are delivering a speech on award wining.Your greatest challenge will be to take reboot your mindset and re-think of the persepectives of your life and take responsibility for your individual decisions. Make yourself comfortable and take hold of your mind start inserting good things in your head.

Work on yourself ,your mindset and the results will surprise you . The only person who can change you is" YOU ".
3.LEARN FROM SURROUNDINGS

Those who appreciate your work find them and hang out with them .They will tell you how your work is improving or not improving they will also support you and criticize you to bring a positive change in you. They can teach a lot about life and people .
"Once you are open to learn anything you attract everything to teach you even your surroundings". Your admirers will always admire your positive side and still there will be no shortage of criticisation as the whole world critcize the better one.
