In India , we have followed our ancient practices and applied to our daily lives to get the most out of our life efficiently and easily . the ways which is being followed by Indians since thousands of years .?These practices make Indians more versatile and strong against any illness which the world faces largely. we Indians know the ways to tackle other alien diseases,illness etc. by only practicing our ancient practices which is given by our ancestors and as there were less facilities and ways but still they used to be fit and fine by doing something very basic .In this blog we will learn how we can do few things which will provide long lasting effect on health of our eyesight as well as eyes .so that we can be fit in the era of robots while considering ourselves as human and respecting the fact of being human and expressing our gratitude towards almighty god who has made us with dedication .our eyes are one of the most important sense organ without it we cannnot do anything great .while make the best of it we have our duty to take a good care of it . Here are some ways we can do to make it more efficient.
GAZE AT RISING SUN
It is believed that watching rising sun for 10-15 minutes provide essential heat and energy to the eyes which prepares the eyes to be ready to face all the burden of the upcoming day in the very initial phase of the day. it takes all the tiredness from the eyes and relax them with the warmth of the sun.
EYE EXERCISING
Eye exercising is one of the best way to make your eyes fit. after the tiredness of the day it is our responsibility to take care of our eyes by giving few minutes to eye exercising by
- simply gaze at a distant object
- move your eyeballs from extreme right to extreme left hold for a second and vice versa.
- move your eyeballs from upward to downward constantly
WASHING EYES REGULARLY
Washing eyes does not simply means to wash carelessly and your job is done . here, it is followed by proper algorithm to take the best out of washing your eyes.
- fill your mouth with sufficient amount of water which can make your swollen like a pumpkin ,
- then ,open your eyes wide open ,
- take cold or running water in your hand,
- splash your eyes with water for 10-15 times.
This is the new way to wash your face and eyes efficiently.
STARE THE CANDLE
At Night after lighting a candle before sleep this process will give your eyes a bit of relaxation which later will give you a sound sleep .this will also take all the tiredness which can be by burden of work while constant gazing at computer's screen all day long.the warmth of canlde will give you relaxation to sleep well.
Gazing at candle for few minutes can take your your tension and stress away to give you all over relaxation for better sleep .it helps you to you wake up next morning more focused and determined.
